Barto WA Gold SP Fund (the "Fund" ) is a Segregated Portfolio (SP) established within

Skyvision Alliance Quantum Energy SPC (the "SPC"), an open-ended segregated portfolio company registered in the Cayman Islands.

The Fund's primary objective is to hold, manage, and enhance value for a strategic gold asset located in Perth, Western Australia, delivering institutional investors exposure to physical gold with structural and jurisdictional advantages.

Our Structure

As a Segregated Portfolio of Skyvision Alliance Quantum Energy SPC, the Fund benefits from full legal segregation of assets, liabilities, and obligations from all other portfolios within the SPC structure.

We focus on real-asset value, operational transparency, and risk-controlled exposure to gold, targeting capital preservation and appreciation through direct ownership of high-quality mining assets in stable jurisdictions.
