Investment & Financial Advisor Mr. Chen Fan has a 30-year professional career in investment and financing, spanning five major fields: PE investment, venture capital, IPO financing, private financing, and mergers & acquisitions. He possesses extensive experience, particularly in fund establishment and fundraising, fund operation and management, investment execution, and exit strategies. Mr. Chen previously served as Global Co-President and Greater China President & Managing Director of Standard Chartered Bank's Direct Investment Department; Managing Director of Investment Banking and Direct Investment at Bank of China International (Hong Kong); Vice President of Direct Investment and Investment Banking at China International Capital Corporation (CICC); and Vice President of Wells Fargo Venture Capital. Furthermore, he invested in and co-founded the Uni-Quantum PE fund, thereby accumulating rich experience in PE fund fundraising, fund operation and management, as well as investment and divestment. Regarding investment performance, representing his respective institutions, Mr. Chen directly led investments in over ten companies including SINA.com, Giant Interactive Group, Dongfeng Motor, Shimao Property, Greentown China, COFCO Property, SOHO China, Contemporary Sunshine, Golden Dragon Copper, and Xibei Catering. These investments span industries such as high-tech, internet, real estate, consumer goods & services, and manufacturing.
