Mr. Yang Qingshan graduated from Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel, majoring in Economic Management.
He has worked successively at Shandong Jiaojia Gold Mine and Shandong Gold Group Co., Ltd. For many years, he concurrently held multiple senior positions, including Director of Shandong Gold Mining Co., Ltd., Chairman of Shandong Gold Real Estate Company, Shanjin Tourism, Shanjin International and other affiliated companies, as well as Supervisor of Shandong Luxin Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Supervisor of Shandong Airport Co., Ltd.
He also previously served as Deputy General Manager of Beijing Heli New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., General Manager of Yan’an Hotel, and CEO of Pakistan Oriental Mining Co., Ltd.
Mr. Yang Qingshan is responsible for internal operational coordination of the Barto operating entity, with a focus on enhancing project execution capacity.
His core responsibilities center on ensuring operational continuity, maintaining strict cost discipline, and implementing approved production schedules. He does not participate in capital allocation decisions, nor is he involved in the governance decisions of the Cayman Segregated Portfolio Company (SPC).
